ECODISC 316 DIFFUSERS:

ECODI SC 316 diffusers are designed to eliminate all the common problems faced by disc
diffusers of other designs and makes.

a. Maximum effective membrane area:

The outer plastic ring holding the membrane and the disc
in most of the designs covers 1 all around, which
reduces the effective membrane area. Our SS wormdrive
clamp on the circumference makes the membrane area
100% effective.

The diameter of the diffuser & membrane is 316 mm.

b. Prevention of Backflow:

The most common problem of disc diffusers when air supply is shut
down is the backflow.

To eliminate this problem, we have provided a spring type NRV
(molded along with the membrane itself). With the pressure of the
air the spring pushes the membrane up and bubbling occurs. When
air supply is shut down the membrane regains its original position
thereby preventing backflow.

c. Highest area of influence:

Instead of installing huge quantity of 9 or 12 diffusers available in the market, in which effective
area is only 7 & 10 respectively, we have only one design and one size 316 mm diameter. The
area of influence zone is 1 square metre, i.e. ECODISC 316 diffusers will be effective even if
installed at a centre-to-centre distance of 1 metre.

d. Strong & durable disc

The material used for the disc is Glass filled
Polypropylene for high strength, better chemical
compatibility and durability.

e. Break of inlet connection

Most of the disc diffusers are provided with extended
male threaded connections which tend to break.

ECODISC 316 diffusers are provided with 1 female
threaded inlet connection.

f. Ease of replacement of existing disc diffusers with ECODISC 316 diffusers

Ok. But what if broken, ineffective, torn
diffusers of other make already installed
are to be replaced? For this purpose, we
are providing adapters (free of cost)
which can be glued to the existing piping
(using cyano acrylate adhesive).
ECODISC 316 diffusers can be fixed to
the adapters.
