    SYNOPSIS:
    Be on the lookout for a missing person at risk. CARL SALAYER was last seen on Monday, J une 16

    when he went to bed. He left his home in the 17000 block of Handlebar Road in Ramona between 2:30
    a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, J une 17

    . Salayer suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and has other
    medical conditions. He needs to take his medications. Sayaler has a feeding tube and might only be
    wearing his undergarments. Salayer might run when approached. If you see him, call the Sheriff's
    Department at (858) 565-5200. Salayer has balding grey hair and has a moustache.

    Sheriff's Search and Rescue has been activated to look for Salayer. A command post is set up at
    Highland Valley and Handlebar Roads. Be advised of increased law enforcement activity in the area.
