The patented h!drO-pneumatic cushiOn s!stem applies uniform
pressure to the entire plate ensuring a leak-free plate seal. With pressures of
290, 580 and 870 psi, the press can dewater even the most difficult sludge,
including those with a high clay content. The PLC controlled press can be
built for varying chamber thicknesses to produce the driest cake for each
specific slurry with moisture contents down to 15%.
