COMES NOW the Petitioner/Applicant, John Ruthell Henry, through undersigned counsel, and files this application for a stay of execution pending review under 28 U.S.C. 2101(f) and Rule 23 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of the United States, and says: 1. Petitioner is a condemned prisoner under sentence of death for a conviction for murder in the State of Florida, and is scheduled for execution on June 18, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. 2. Petitioner has filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in this Court in Case No. 13-10608. 3.
