To Whom It May Concern:

I am recommending Amy Jackson for a teaching position at
your school. I met Amy five years ago when she taught my son
in third grade. Because of her teaching methods, he had a great
third grade year. He is learning disabled, and she did an
excellent job with differentiating her instruction to meet his
needs.
I was also blessed to have the opportunity to teach with Amy
two years ago in third grade. She is an out-of-the-box teacher
who uses technology on a regular basis to enhance her
instruction. She prefers to teach by units while she aligns her
lessons to standards. Her methods of teaching center around
small groups that address individual needs of the students.
Her students are often moving around the room as opposed to
sitting at desks all day. She makes learning fun and engaging.
Amy is always researching for the newest way to teach a topic
while making it enjoyable for the students.
I am grateful for the opportunity I had to teach with her
because I learned so much from her as we collaborated daily.
While NCS is losing a topnotch teacher, she will be an asset to
your school. Her students will love her caring and nurturing
heart, and she will instill traits in them that will help them to
reach their full potential.
Sincerely
Anissa Demonbreun
