    The Board of Directors of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society/Cooperative Marketing Society passed a resolution in their board meeting to authorize the Secretary to deal with the Warehousing Development Regulatory Authority of New Delhi. This was for the purposes of accrediting and registering the godown constructed with funding assistance from the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund under the Warehousing Development Regulatory Act, in order to introduce negotiable warehouse receipts and extend pledge loans against them.
