The duties of the job include:
Developing relationships with customers that encourage them to use services that are offered by Skills Solutions and the Group as a whole. Developing a pipeline of business that meets the business plan targets Identifying IT Apprentice Vacancies Identifying suitable Apprentices to fill vacancies at Companies Completing initial Apprentice documentation Acting as an Account Manager for all Companies engaged Promoting other business services such as consultancy and business training, recruitment services, IIP, Charter Mark, ISO, LEXCEL Develop and implement campaigns which produce leads and create the opportunity to promote services to employers. Examples include: o Mail shots o Telesales o Sales visits o Events o Incentive schemes / packages o Advertising o PR o Relationships with referring organisations
