food-service professional, master gardener, and
Peacham resident, as the operator of the new
community-supported enterprise.

Food is a passion that started

in my childhood, growing up between
France and the West Coast. Summers
spent on a farm as a child introduced
me to how fresh your food can really
be, literally from the feld to the table
plant or beast. I witnessed frst hand
how to harvest and process vegetables
and meat. Te act of serving food was
also a familiar ritual to me from early
on. From helping a close family friend
who was a chef, to helping my mother
run a caf, the joy of sharing good
food with others made the food that
much more worthy of attention.
