The existing structure built in the late 1960s had
begun to show its age and the Owner /
Developer looked to increase the propertys
curb appeal while reworking the existing main
entries.
The solution was to cover the existing precast
with EIFS in varying thicknesses while also
adding a new detail at the coping along with
new stairs which were part of a new exiting
arrangement.
