The Pearson Residence

Having bought a piece of property just outside the Great
Smokey Mountains National Park, the Pearsons wanted a
home that would be a backdrop to their love of the
mountains and its wildlife. Being bird watchers they asked
for a means to better enjoy their passion during the Winter
months.thus the tower with a ships ladder to access a
small platform complete with tripod and camera. But the
tower also serves to emphasize the front door while being
the hinge between the private and the public.
