Interiors Work execution agreement

THIS WORK ORDER AGREEMENT is made on this, the ______ day of

_________, 2009 (TWO THOUSAND Nine) at Rajahmundry, Andhra

Pradesh.

BETWEEN

Mr. Ramkumar , Engineer @ Indian Railways, hereinafter called

the “Customer”.

AND

Mr. Ramprasad, Managing Partner, 4S Interiors, Hyderabad

hereinafter called the “Vendor”.

Vendor has agreed to provide the necessary Interior designs and

executions at the Customer premises with the details on the work to be

carried out as per the details mentioned in the below.

The total value of the contract will be determined by the square feet

work execution as per the price table mentioned in the subsequent

sections of this document.

Payment Terms

Customer has agreed to pay the Contract value as per the below

schedule in conjunction with the work progress.

• Advance : 40% of the contract value

• End of 1st week : 30% of the contract value

• End of 2nd week : 20% of the contract value

• End of 3rd week / On closure of the contract : 10% of the contract

value

Terms & Conditions:

• Vendor has agreed to perform their work as per the customer

specified color schemes and designs.
• The color schemes and designs once selected will not be altered
during the contract period.
• Total value of the contract determined by the total sft work
performed and the applicable rates.
• Only Wood work is carried as part of this contract,
Electrical/Civil/Paint work is not covered in this contract.
• Vendor will perform the work products at customer premises
( only box type plywood installs, and Framing work) and the post
forming doors will be manufactured at vendors premises.

This agreement will come in to effect upon signing the contract by both

Customer, Vendor and agreed to the Terms and Conditions listed

herein.
