    Following is the procedure
    1: Running getsysinfo script
    a. FTP the file to machine in Binary format.
    b. #chmod 755 getsysinfo.sh
    c. #ksh getsysinfo.sh
    Send across the outputs (sysinfo.tgz)
    Note: if the above command is taking long time to complete OR if the script is g
    etting hung.
    Kill the existing process with the command:
    #kill -9 <Process id>
    and you can run the getsysinfo with the below command:
    # sh ./getsysinfo.sh -s
