Dear Resident/ Business Owner:

This letter is to remind you that the deadline is approaching to have your backflow tested and
the forms sent to our office. The deadline is August 15
th
.

ALL BUSINESSES MUST HAVE A TESTABLE BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE.
THIS MUST BE TESTED YEARLY.

Residents that still have their wells, have a swimming pool, hot tub, Jacuzzi or boiler heat must
also have a backflow prevention device and it must be tested yearly. If you are no longer
required to test, you need to provide certification of no cross connection from a licensed
plumber.
