I, Tiffany P. Mar, a member of the Rotaract Club of Tagbilaran Community Based humbly ask
for a leave of absence starting from May 24, 2014 until October 31, 2014. I will be reviewing for
my board examination this coming October 2014 at the CPA Review School of the Philippines
which is located in Sampaloc, Manila; as such I will be unable to fully fulfill my duties and
responsibilities in our organization.
