    As Treasurer of the club it is your job to track all expenses,
    withdrawals, and deposits into both accounts. The treasurer must
    sign all POs. The treasurer must keep all receipts as proof of the
    expenses of the club. You must keep a 100% accurate spread sheet
    tracking everything that was spent for each show, how much we
    made in each area, and a separate spread sheet for general club
    expenses such as Golden Wings gear, States, Internationals, and
    fundraisers. Since there are two different accounts that we can get
    money from you need to keep both account withdraws and deposits
    separate from each other.
