Please fill out the form below and be

sure to keep a copy for yourself. Space is limited, so please submit your application early. Vendors are
required to be operational during all festival hours. Vendors are not permitted to tear down before
festival closes on Saturday. Vendors will be selected based on originality of product, food, crafts or
service. Vendors eligible: food, crafts, home based businesses, business, volunteer group, activity
provider. Call if you have any questions!!


SET UP: Thursday, September 18, 4pm 8pm or Friday, September 19, 8am 2pm.
TEAR DOWN: Saturday, September 20, 9pm 11pm or Sunday, September 21, 8am noon.

Applications Due: August 29. No applications will be accepted after this date.

Vendors assume all responsibility for collection of appropriate sales tax. Entry fee is nonrefundable
