    Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
    Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
    Information Officer to pre.commit funds up to $9,000,000 against its budgetary
    appropriations for fiscal year 2010/11 to facilitate the one year extension of
    Information Technology and Information Management professional services
    contract to March 31, 2011 as follows: Xwave Solutions Inc. (up to $4,000,000),
    PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada (up to $4,000,000) and Deloitte Inc. (up to
    $1,000,000).
