    Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant
    Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and
    Works to convey title to the area of expropriated land, located within the
    boundaries of the legal survey delineating an area of 0.390 hectare, and more
    particularly described in Annex B of the Minister's submission, to the City of
    Comer Brook for the nominal amount of$I.00.
