You worked very hard on the practical element for this event, but the lack of written work is
preventing you from achieving a higher grade and if not rectified before the deadline will prevent
you from achieving even a pass. You are a very talented young lady, but you do need to
knuckle down and ensure that all elements of the unit are completed to the same standard.

Targets for improvement:
1.1 You need to create a floor/flow plan and the resource requirements needs to be more
comprehensive as at present it does not include essential items such as leads and stands.

1.2 - You must identify yourself in these photographs and include the recordings taken of the
mix from the PA.
1.4 Remember to do the evaluation in accordance with the RSL grading criteria.
