Production Facilities
Cleaning Section
In order to have proper zinc coating and good surface finish, cleaning of the sheet is done.

Annealing Furnace
Vertical kind of furnace and indirect heating type help to have more uniform properties.
Relieving internal stress, grain growth.

Zinc Pot
Dual zinc pot each for GI and GA, maintained to have zinc coating over steel sheet.

Gi Ace
The technology is used to minimize the spangle size. It provides benefits for better corrosion
resistance, anti galling, surface appearance, image clarity than conventional GI.

GA Furnace
Proper temperature is maintained for diffusion of iron into zinc. Iron content in the top layer
provides better weldability.

4 Hi Skin Pass Mill
To impart desired roughness to the steel sheet.
Better surface and paintability characteristics.
To achieve the optimum mechanical properties.
To prevent occurrence of stretcher strains.
To improve strip shape.

Tension Leveller
To maintain flatness and shape correction.

Post Treatment
Cr-Free, phospate.
Oiler.
Rust preventive, lubricating, easily degreasible.
