Terms And Conditions
1. Hire Charges For a Gredar is 2,80,000/ - for the First July, Rs. 250000/ -
for next two months i.e. August and September and Rs. 280000/ - for
balance months i.e. October 2014 onwards
2. If the machine is lasted for more than 260 hours, it will be charged extra
3. Hiring of shall be for a minimum 4 Months
4. Both Side Transportation will Paid by you (Under 3 Months)
One Side Transportation will Paid by us (Over 3 Months)
Transportation will be paid from the present location of the machine
to the venue in ADVANCE.
5. Diesel will be issued by hirer
6. In case of breakdown for equipment, it should be repaired and put into good
working condition within 3 (three) days. Breakdown days will be paid
7. Monthly payment will be made in advance and first payment shall be made
immediately on the receipt of the machinery
8. Service tax and other local taxes (if any) will be extra
9. Mess Facility will be Given By Hirer
10. One set of Blades for each month will be borne by us, any excess if any will
be borne by the Hirer
11. In case of environmental disturbances, machine standing charges will be
borne by the Hirer and it will not tantamount to idle machine and it will be
chargeable as if machine is used for such period.
12. Working days will be 27 days a month
