HIS LIFE

He was born on January 19,
1809 in Boston.
His father abandoned their
family in 1810, and this
mother died a year later.
Edgar studied at a school in
Chelsea until summer of
1817.
He also learned to speak
French and write in Latin.
Poe enlisted in the army.
In the same year (1827)
published his first book
Tamerlane and Other
Poems.
In 1833 he won a his first
prize
Allan leaves home and
doesnt return. Few days
later he was found, and died
in hospital.
