Increase, Manage Revenue Collection and coordinate for connectivity.

Manage Collections
Conversion of analog customers to digital
Manage technical complaints
Increase the sub base

- Collection Targets to be explained to the Collection Agent (Day-Wise & Month-Wise)
- Ensure Receipts are provided to customers
- Review & Monitor Daily Collections
- Ensure Collection Data is uploaded on SMS
- Ensure collection money is deposited in bank daily
- Ensure NMs are tracked & collected
- Set target for STB Deployment to the collection agents
- Daily tracking of STB sales & action
- Follow-up with Technicians to act upon the complaints received by the Customer Care
Team and close the TT
- Conduct a Technical Survey of the Territory / Network and identify Hidden Points
- Update the Technical Survey details in Billing and generate Invoices
- Network Healthcheck and Upgradation as and when required
- Conversion of DTH points / controlable Exits
