under the Lincoln brand.

during which operations are reviewed and issues are

development of the products to satisfy the customer
expectations in various markets.

communication system from top to bottom

He cut brands and put in place a system that encourages
managers to stay on top of market changes and other
issues and communicate more openly with each other.
Workshops were conducted in each region to make the
teams familiarize with their colleagues and their culture
in other regions to avoid misunderstandings and work
effectively.
Regular meetings were held in all departments through
audio and vedio confrences.
