Grape wine – GROUP VI

Ingredients:

1 ½ kilo of fresh grapes

2 tbsps. of sugar (depends on how sweet your grapes are)

½ tsp. of yeast

200 mL of hot water

Procedure:
1. Sterilize the wine bottle you will use

2. Squeeze the grapes or simply use a blender to get its juice.

3. Prepare 200 ml. of hot water and mix it with the 2 tbsps. of sugar.

4. Filter the fruit juice using a strainer with paper or use a clean cloth to filter it.

5. Mix the filtered juice to the prepared sugar solution. Then shake it gently until it reaches
equilibrium.

6. Put the mixture on the bottle and enclose the bottle using gauze with cotton.

7. For best results, you should perform a 2nd straining process to make your wine more pure.
