Inhalation is a process of which oxygen is forced out from lungs
Tarikan nafas adalah proses yang mana oksigen dipaksa keluar dari peparu.



Exhalation is the process of which oxygen is forced out of the lungs.
Hembusan nafas adalah proses yang mana oksigen dipaksa keluar dari
peparu.



During inhalation, air pressure in the lungs is greater than air pressure outside
the body.
Semasa proses tarikan nafas, tekanan udara dalam peparu lebih tinggi
berbanding tekanan udara diluar badan.



During inhalation, the rib cage moves upwards and outwards while diaphragm
contracts and moves downwards.
