This document outlines the format rules for a Conspiracy Game mode for Magic: The Gathering. Players can use up to 3 conspiracy cards in their command zone and play in either the Standard, Modern, Legacy, Commander or Vintage format. Certain cards are banned depending on the underlying format or due to providing too strong of an advantage. Players are not allowed to restrict what conspiracy cards other players can use.

Basic Rules: Each player may use up to 3 different conspiracy cards. They are placed in the Command Zone. The underlying game Format is either Standard, Modern, Legacy, Commander, or Vintage Conspiracy can be played in any Multiplayer No player gives restrictions to other players (ally or foe) to what conspiracy cards they may use. Each card named with ,,hidden agenda should be written on a piece of paper (or anywhere you can note it down) in the following format: o ,,Conspiracy Card -> ,,Named Card
Banned Cards: Usual bans according to the underlying format
Strictly banned for obvious reasons.
Banned in any Format other than Sealed/Draft.
Strictly banned for providing a too big advantage.
Strictly banned because its ability is by far too abuse able. Restrictions:
Instant and sorcery spells that Contain the cost X may be copied but X will be set to zero for the copy.
Only instant and sorcery spells that have a direct target may be copied (for example: target creature or player).
Following Cards may not be named: Lightning Strike More to follow..
Following Cards may not be named: Emrakul, the Aeons Torn Primeval Titan Grave Titan Inferno Titan Sun Titan
Token Creatures may not be named.
