You can call on Monday through Saturday from 9am to 10pm & Sunday from 1pm to 9pm (eastern time )
The best time to do your calling is when most people are home after 7pm Sunday through Thursday (eastern time)
Saturday is usually pretty good until early afternoon.
Holidays and Sundays are the best days of the year to call. (you do not have to call on Sundays or Holidays)
