The Philippine Pharmacists Association (PPhA) Davao City Chapter is pleased to
invite you to a Seminar Workshop with the theme: Pharmacists for Optimum
Therapeutic Outcome through Medication Safety on July 11, 2014 at Waterfront
Hotel, Lanang, Davao City, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The seminar provides valuable opportunity to all practicing pharmacists to discuss
relevant topics, exchange views, and learn through series of talks from our
speakers and further apply it in our specific practice areas.

This activity will be sponsored by UMED exclusively for PPhA active paying
members only. We advise you to bring your PPhA ID, receipt of PPhA 2014 annual
registration (if available) and or PRC ID to facilitate easy registration. We only have
