    Low traffic

    B. Analysis and Finding
    SDCCH Assignment Failure Rate high in all three sectors >12%(Avg)
    Antenna Down tilt high( 15 deg in second sector and 20deg in third sector)
    D/L RQ low in 2nd Sector (avg 68%)
    Customer complaints related to droped calls and access to network have been tested
    using DT
    Missing Neighbourlist and BCCH frequency have been corrected
    Low traffic due to lack of NTC Subscribers around the BTS coverage area.
