PROPOSAL TO CARRYOUT SURVEY FOR GROUND MAINTENANCE

Dear Sir,
For the proposed future tournaments at the premises of University, we hereby are proposing
survey work for the maintenance of the ground in order to upgrade the ground condition. As
the present condition is not up to the standard to carryout competition, we are planning to
carry out a survey work for the collection of data of ground profile so as to suggest the repair
and maintenance works needed for the ground to match the standards. The details of the
works to be carried out are attached with this proposal. As per collected data from survey,
further works to be done would be the estimation of quantity of work during maintenance,
supervision of work and surveying during construction phase.
The survey work will be carried on voluntary basis but we are expecting some assistance
(Rs.400 per person per day) for the fooding facilities during this period of time.
