Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Please be informed that Mr. Melencio Q. Gallardo Jr. is the Official Photographer and Videographer for the 2
nd

year Confirmation Rites on October 12, 2013, from 9:00AM to 12:00NN to be held at the Gym of Saint Pedro
Poveda College.

Below are the prices for Mr. Gallardos services:
a. Video (DVD copy) General Event Coverage (Chapel and Gym) - P 800.00
b. Photo (colored prints) 5 pcs. of 5X7 - P 300.00
Pictures will be taken as follows:
1. 1 pose during the processional
2. 2 poses with the Bishop during the confirmation on stage
3. 2 poses together with the Godparents at the foot of the stage
For those who are interested, kindly give the reply slip and payment to the class adviser on or before October
8, 2013. If you will pay in check, please put the name of Melencio Gallardo Jr.
Note: Use of personal cameras during the event is strictly not allowed to maintain the solemnity of the
confirmation. Additional pictures may be taken only after the confirmation rites.
