KOSUN mud recycling system will be a little different when used in different countries.
E.g.KOSUN mud recycle system is designed into 150gpm, 200gpm, 350gpm, 500gpm, 800gpm,
1000gpm, 1400gpm and used for different requirement of treating capacity.
To recycle drilling mud, 4 phase solids control equipment will be used normally. Shale shaker,
desander, desilter and decanter centrifuge. For oil and gas drilling, they will use a vacuum
degasser after the shale shaker.
But in Venezuela, most of the drilling is oil drilling, the mud recycle system will be much more
larger, with process tank, mixing tank, storage tank, water tank, etc. Usually oil drilling mud
system is close loop mud system, so there is no mud pit. But sometimes client may have their
particular layout, they have a rig pit and other accessories.
