    You are invited to design a three bed room house in a site which measures 12m x
    18m and is rectangular in shape. The shorter side of the site abuts a 9m wide road
    on its Northern side. The site is a level one and the climate is warm-humid. The
    following are the requirements:
    1. Front verandah - 8sqm
    2. Living-cum-dining 30sqm
    3. Guest bed room 12sqm
    4. Attached toilet to guest bed
    room 4sqm
    5. Master bed room 16sqm
    6. Attached toilet to master bed
    room 5sqm
    7. Childrens bed room 12sqm
    8. Kitchen 10sqm
    9. Store 5sqm
    10. Utility area 10sqm
    11. Commom toilet 6sqm
    12. Car garage 20sqm
