CIGAR

Cigar is a tightly rolled bundle of dried and


fermented tobacco.
Cigar is made up of three types of Tobacco
leaves.
a) Fillers broken or crushed leaves which forms
the centre of cigar
b) Binders- small leaves are bound around the
filler and a special type of glue is used to bind
these leaves in cigar
c) Wrappers- big leaves that are soft & elastic
wrapped to give the final smooth surface
Classification
Cigars are classified on the base of

a) Size;
b) Shape; and
c) Color

They have a cylindrical body, straight sides, one
end open, and a round tobacco-leaf "cap" on the
other end which must be sliced off, have a V-
shaped notch made in it with a special cutter, or
punched through before smoking.

3. Long Pananteles - 7 * 38 guage

Irregularly shaped
higher quality and more expensive because they
are more difficult to make.

COLOR
1. CLARO (CCC) color of this cigar is yellow
and it is very light
2. COLORADO CLARO (CC) - It is medium
strength cigar and mid brown in color.

3. COLORADO (C) strong cigar, raddish
brown in color.

4. COLORADO MADURO (CM) very strong,
dark brown in color.

5. MADURO (M) stronger than other cigars,
very dark brown in color.
