    The advantages of this would be in avoiding the liability of being force pooled, feeling that your
    interests are protected in the lease, and receiving more money for your minerals. In joining with other
    Greeley residents to retain Mr. Sura you spread the cost of his services over the entire group (~$100$200 per household) in order to get substantially more for your own minerals.
