1. Learners should only have one and unique
LRN Number to avoid duplication.
2. Fill-up the info (completely) about the
learners in the website lis.deped.gov.ph.
3. Follow the data of the Learners that
registers on their NSO Birth Certificate.
4. Include the learners who are in the list of
BOSY.
5. If the learners are in the list of the BOSY,
they should be included in the advisers
record.
