    Sir,

    I will plan to visit Srinagar (J&K) with my family by Air on 14.04.2014 by diverting All
    India Tour Program. It is therefore requested to sanction me 4 days Casual Leave dated
    14,15,16,17 (Prefixing 12-13 April 2014) and (Suffixing 18-19,20 closed holidays). After
    sanction my CL application the same will sent to AD-1A section for their necessary action. I also
    applied 10 days leave encasement request separately to Ad-1A section.

    the above visit. I will apply 4 days CL for dated 14,15,16,17, & (prefixing 12-13 April 2014)
    (suffixing 18-19-20- closed holidays). After sanction my CL application I will send the same in
    your office as SO is proceeding on leave upto 14.04.2014.

    2. You are therefore requested to sanction me 10 days EL so that payment can be make to
    me by cash section before my journey date i.e. 14.04.2014
