EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

This equipment rental agreement is between M/s. Sumadhura Geomatica Pvt ltd, Hyderabad and M/s
Pioneer Foundation Engineers, Mumbai. It is hereby agreed that:

1. M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers, Mumbai will rent the RIEGL Terrestrial Laser Scanner VZ
1000 (S9998040) (which is presently on hold with M/S Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd.),
tractor, boom and operator (together called as equipment) for a minimum period of three
months.
2. Freight charges of delivery to M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers, Mumbai, will be borne by
M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers.
3. M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers will give a signed delivery challan as proof of delivery of
Laser scanner to M/S Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd..
4. M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers will make the payments, as per below agreed schedule :-

5. On completion of three months from the date of receipt of equipment with operator, M/s
Pioneer Foundation Engineers will return the machinery in the same condition as it is to M/s
Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd. within three days. If M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers needs
the equipment for further period, they will give a notice of at least two weeks before end of
three months. M/s Sumadhura Geomatica Pvt. Ltd. may accept it and require advance payment
for rental at the beginning of next month.

6. During this period of three months, M/s Pioneer Foundation Engineers will not have any
right of possession of Terrestrial Laser Scanner.
