    With utmost cooperation and support from you and your department, we have completed
    scanning of 71,92,000 pages of S.R. files on 2th March, 2009, much before our time limit
    as per work order which is up to 7th April, 2009. We thank you and the DPPF staff for
    the same.

    Sir, the estimated quantity of pages to be scanned is expected to increase by 15 to 20%,


    we request you to extend the time limit accordingly

    We also undertake to do 100% verification by our staff, after entire scanning job is over
    and also undertake to do corrections and scanning where ever required. We also
    undertake to scan all missing files and pages found during our verification or DPPF/GIL
    verification.
