    PNEUMATIC VICE

    SYNOPSIS
    The pneumatic vice has been specifically designed to quickly and
    safely hold work piece of different sizes. The pneumatic vice consists of
    pneumatic cylinder, DC valve and connecting wires. The pneumatic vice
    is designed in such a way that it holds the work piece with help of the
    press plate. The work piece is pressed between the plates and the work
    piece is holded till required work is completed. The pneumatic vice
    consists of three plates fixed plate, movable plate and the guide plate.
    The pneumatic cylinder is operated through the pressure exerted from
    the air compressor and the pneumatic cylinder in operated using a 5/2
    D.C valve which actuates the pneumatic cylinder. The movable plate
    moves with help of the guided plate and holds the work piece.



    APPLICATION AND USES
    Used to hold different work pieces
    Due high hydraulic pressure the vice holds to invariable time
