CONNECTION OF UTILITIES - SUMMARY
Before you move into Viva Apartments you will need to connect your utility services to your apartment via the following:
Electricity Residents are to contact their preferred service provider to arrange connections.
Residents are responsible to provide service providers access into the building.
Service providers are to be given The Knight Alliances contact details to arrange access to the Main Distribution Frame (MDF).
Individual electricity meters are located on each apartment floor level.
Gas Viva Apartments has a centralised gas fired hot water system. Residents are to arrange gas connection for heating of hot water with Origin Energy. No access to apartment or building is required as Origin Energy connect remotely.
To arrange connection please visit https://www.originenergy.com.au/3345/New-connection-application-for-Hot- Water or complete the moving in form which can be requested from the Building Manager.
Foxtel Foxtel is available at the building and cabled to each apartment. Final connection to be completed by occupant post settlement.
