Dear Powell Parents,

It is with bittersweet emotions I write this letter to inform parents that yesterday I accepted a
Principal position in a school district just outside of eattle, !ashin"ton# $y final day at Powell
%& $a"net 'lementary will be (riday, July 2), 2014# It was my pri*ile"e to ser*e as your
Principal for the past se*eral years and I consider myself fortunate to ha*e been a part of the
dynamic Powell community as both a teacher and an administrator# I ha*e so many wonderful
memories with your ama+in" children and they will always hold a *ery special place within my
heart# I will ta,e those special memories with me as I be"in the ne-t chapter in my career#
