Greetings!

My office is writing you in behalf of my client, RUFINA B. USON, with regards to your
outstanding obligation amounting to ONE HUNDREED THOUSAND PESOS (Ph100, 000.00)
plus LEGAL INTEREST for the past Thirteen (13) years.

That this obligation of yours arose from a CHATTEL MORTGAGE you executed covering a
MOTOR VEHICLE as a COLLATERAL dated September 9, 2002. However, you did not pay
your obligation to my client until now which is almost 13 years, a copy of the said CHATTEL
MORTGAGE is hereto attached as ANNEX A.

My client tried many times to ask for the payment of your obligation but of no avail. She even
seek the court for extrajudicial foreclosure of the Chattel Mortgage, but still you did not even
bother to pay your obligation. A copy of the Application for Extrajudicial Foreclosure is hereto
attached and marked as ANNEX B.

In as much as my client is concern, our office is demanding you to settle your obligation
amounting to ONE HUNDREED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 100,000.00) plus legal interest for
the past THIRTEEN (13) YEARS.

We are giving you TEN (10) DAYS upon receipt of this letter to make good the payment of your
obligation and your failure to do so will leave us no choice but to seek legal action to protect the
interest and right of my client.

Considering the span of time, which is 13 years, which you did not settle your obligation with
my client, this is your first and final demand for the payment of your obligation which has
become long due and demandable.

Please give this matter your utmost attention.
