RECIPES

AJI DE GALLINA
Ingredients (4 people)
1 chicken breast
4 white breads
1/2 package of crackers
vegetable oil
1 chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic (to taste)
2 yellow pepper
1 cup evaporated milk
4 Yellow boiled potatoes
4 olives
2 boiled eggs

PREPARATION
Cook the chicken in a liter
of water with salt.

Cool the meat in the same
broth
Shred the
chicken very
finite
Soak bread in milk
and cookies for 5-
10 minutes
Cut into small dice
onion.

Serve with white rice and
boiled potatoes into slices,
garnish each plate with olive
and half boiled egg.

Pollo a la Kentucky

Ingredients
1 chicken cut into prey
10 slices of bacon
1 onion
1 glass of rose wine
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATION
Wrap each piece of chicken with bacon
Place them in a baking dish.
Spice.
Cook over low oven basting with wine.
Fry separately in oil, grated onion.
Add to the cooking of the chicken.
Present dams in central fountain.
Spray with cooking strained juice.
Serve with mashed apples with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
