Sub: Notice for ten days under PIP

It has been observed that your performance is not up to the mark and there is a steady decline in the same
since you have been transferred to Cad Conversion on 13
th
September, 2013.

Sufficient opportunities through repeated verbal warnings and discussion sessions were provided in last
one month by your concerned PM, Samar Sen and your concerned PC with help of HR Dept. to help you
improving your performance. Your performance has been measured through different parameters like-

1. Attentiveness
2. Seriousness
3. Dedication
4. learning desire
5. Work completion on time
6. Repetition of same mistake
7. Behavioral issues

Even HR Dept also sat with you to make you understand your faults, to keep you motivated in your work
to optimize your productivity.

But with utter regret, nothing has been found satisfactory, which is hampering teams performance as well
as delay in project execution resulting in less business output.

Considering all the factors, management has decided to put you into Performance Improvement Plan for
ten (10) days w.e.f 19
th
December, 2013.

Henceforth, you will be kept under supervision by your Project Manager till 28
th
December, 2013. We
hope, you will improve yourself to meet PIS standard within the defined time-frame. If you are not able
to meet the mentioned expectations within the time limit, management will take further course of action,
which may deem fit and proper according to PIS policy.
