Package 2 & 3
Unit 0726
1) Recycle gas compressor (0726-C-101A/B) and Make up hydrogen compressor (0726-C-102A/B)
Crank case inside inspection completed by SAIPEM, PMT and vendor. And Crank case filled up
with new Lube oil


Unit 0727
1) Recycle gas compressor (0727-C-101A/B) and Make up hydrogen compressor (0726-C-102A/B)
Lube oil drained from crank case .Preparation started for crank case inside cleaning.
Unit 0730
2) Refrigerant compressor (0730-C-201A/B) Casing inside and dry gas seal boroscope inspection
started by GE and SAIPEM.
Unit 0731

1) Lean solvent pump (0731-P-106A/B) Mechanical Run test done by SAIPEM completed.
2) Lean solvent pump (0731-P-106C) Mechanical Run test not possible, because NDE side
Mechanical seal removed for repair.

Unit0732
3) Lean solvent pump (0731-P-106A/B/C) Mechanical Run test done by SAIPEM completed
Unit 0740
4) Residue gas compressor (0740-C-201A) Mechanical run test completed with nitrogen for 4
hours. Vibration and temp found normal.

Unit 0741
5) Propane compressor (0741-C-201) NDE side dry gas seal primary inlet boroscope inspection
done by GE.Some rust particle found inside the seal .GE did not complete boroscope inspection
for this compressor.
6) Regeneration gas compressor (0741-C-101) Dry gas seal removing activity started by GE
executive under SAIPEM supervision. As at the last baroscopic inspection foreign particle found
inside the dry gas seal.

Unit 0742
7) Regeneration gas compressor (0742-C-101) Dry gas seal and Compressor casing inside
boroscope inspection done by GE. It was found a light dust layer inside the dry gas seal, which
was not come out by vacuum cleaner.GE engineer will prepare their final report.


Observation: - SAIPEM sending notification for mechanical run test of pumps, But they are not doing the
MRT on notified date. Also we tried to get information about the MRT schedule by mobile, but they are
not giving us any schedule. They are doing the MRT without inform us.
