I am pleased to recommend Tapan Bhandari to the Masters Program at University of Minnesota. Tapan
has been a student in many of my classes during his undergraduate course at Peoples Education Society
Institute of Technology (PESIT) from 2008-2012. During this time, I have learnt a great deal about him
and his abilities and I am confident that he would do well if given an opportunity to continue his
education. Based on Tapans grades and class participation, I would rate Tapans academic performance
in my classes as superior.
Tapan has a number of strengths to offer. His hard work and determination has led him to excel in my
subjects I have taught him two subjects, Electric Circuit Theory and Network Synthesis. He would
consistently get excellent marks in all his tests. He has got S (10/10) grade in both the subjects that I
have taught.
Due to his knowledge and great aptitude for learning, Tapan would be an excellent candidate for the
Masters program at the electrical engineering department at University of Minnesota. He will make a
great student at University of Minnesota and I have no doubts that his abilities and determination will
continue to grow.
