SCOPE OF WORK:

Remove and replace approximately 35 LF galvanized downspout

Cut existing underground drain pipe flush with the ground
Seal off existing pipe with concrete mix
Secure downspout to building
Set 90* turnout with splash block
Paint to match color number provided by Benjamin Moore
Supply all equipment labor and materials

Total price to perform the preceding work is $975.00

** price is considering this job will be done in conjunction with beam restoration on
front

CLARIFICATIONS:

Engineering plans are not included

Proposal includes one million dollars liability and workman’s comp insurance coverage
Work to be completed under current Federal, State and Local agency regulations.
Costumer to provide the access contractor’s vehicles and equipment near the immediate work area.
Costumer to provide water and electrical service as needed.
Estimated time for completion is 2 days weather permitting, “days” being determined as 8 hours work shift
Permit fees are not included

This proposal is valid for thirty (30) days, and we request the Letter of Intent, prior to the elapsed
thirty (30) days, if our proposal accepted. Upon receipt of Your Letter of Intent, the proposal is valid
ninety days from the date thereof, and is negotiable thereafter.
