GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
As part of a National movement of approximately 400 units, 16000 cadets and 8000
volunteer staff, things work pretty well. But even in the best run organisations, things
don’t always go smoothly, and when things go wrong, it is important to know how to put
things right.
The best thing to remember is that bringing your problem to someone’s attention is
always the best way of resolving the matter. Matters are always best resolved at the
lowest possible level. After all, it is the adult instructors who work with the cadets
regularly who are best placed to answer any queries or concerns.
